Three weeks back, his wife has made the son who visits us once in few months steal some photos from my house for proof. I would like to know how she could use these photos against me. two months back she has agreed for a mutual divorce. I would like to know whether these photos will go against him in court and can she go to the cop station saying that he is living with. I would like to know all the repurcussions that will cause with these photos .

If she has agreed for divorce by mutual consent, what the hell she is collecting photographs of you two living together, just to have evidence regarding the adulterous relationship between you two & that also can be used only in civil suit of divorce on the ground of adultery. It seems she is not sure if your boy friend will go in for divorce by mutual consent, where no evidence is required at all by either parties. Just dump the cops in the nearest river; they have nothing to do with your staying together as it’s not a criminal, cognizable matter, so forget that issue. Yes if she files divorce against your boy friend she can use these against him just to prove her charges of adultery against him, but why she'll do that when she gets divorce by mutual consent much easily without any such evidence, may be some idiot suggested her all this.

You do not have to worry as long as there is a proof of the case proceedings in the court which proves that the 2 have been living away from eachother - you have nothing to worry about.

See a lawyer.

What you have done is call adultery, it is punishable, but not enforced, as a rule. This is so per community guidelines.

The one thing that is in your favour that is "two months back she has agreed for a mutual divorce" you wrote, so she may not do anything, it is in her interest, to not, press adultery charges, which can put her husband in jail and her without child support and alimony.

If the photos of his adultery are produced in court, it will surely go against him. His wife can use them to sue him and send him to jail. You might escape punishment, but not your boy friend.
