Im my opinion there is no info you can read to make you better at a sport. Information can educate you on the rules and regulations, but if you want to become better at basketball you first need to run a whole lot, and lift weights. Play basketball whenever you can. Also there is a workout activity called Plyometrics you may want to consider reading books, and even buying the proper equipment to begin those workouts. Remember being bigger faster and stronger than your peers helps.

Go to alot of camps and never stop practicing. Everyone says practice practice practice because its true. Also focus more on the fundamentals not so much game playing. The games are fun, but if you want to get better than you need to work on it. This can be done by yourself or with groups of people.

Play basketball. Play with lots of different people, 1on1, 2on2, 3on3, etc. As you play with different people you'll discover what your strengths and weaknesses are.
