i need to use simple products available at home which are cheap and the process of which is easy and takes less time.i need the chemical activity also along with the tests.

It is just scented smoke. Many people find it relaxing. Unless you are directly breathing it, there is no real harm from occasional use. If you are asthmatic then it would be a problem. I am not aware of any evidence that incense smoke per se causes cancer. Chronic exposure to any kind of smoke could potentially be carcinogenic however. The other issue of course is that most incense is produced in 3rd worldl countries and may be contaminated with heavy metals. all things in moderation is usually a good idea
