what can be done we tried it all were hoping someone can help in cyberspace please help running out of time thanks in advance

I'm guessing that the pin holes are likely a result of air bubbles in your material as it is being applied. Sounds like you are using a thin material like polyurethane. I had a similar problem last year when applying polyurethane with a brush. I own an airless paint sprayer, but choose not to use it on this project because my project required multiple set ups. I would have had to clean up my pump after each use. It would have taken twice as long to clean up as it would have taken to spray. So I invested in an HVLP conversion gun with gravity feed. I was able to apply the material in a controlled manner with professional results.

An HVLP gun will require a compressor. It applies material with very little air pressure, so most of your material ends up on your project and not in a cloud. Remember that compressed air has moisture in ti, so you would be wise to filter your air.

You need to apply the paint with a roller of quality, sand the door bubbles smooth prior

220 sand, lightly, coat of varnish, worked on teak wood. good luck
