Yes and no. You can simply flip the guitar over. I know extremely good guitarists that play this way, with the small "E" string on top and low "E" on the bottom. You may switch the strings but the knobs will be on top.
Otherwise a left handed guitar will need to be purchased.

go to a guitar center and see how the guitar needs to be reset to allow this to be done. its more than reversing strings to be sure.
