Yes you can, if you act quickly. Firstly do not worry about your 200.00 it is most likely gone, or will be a long time coming. Secondly it is imperative that you contact the lender IMMEDIATELY before they issue payment.
Tell them it is BUYERS REMORSE, and you will not honor the sale, or the loan. Call the Attorney General in your state.
Most vehicles are covered by a 15 day warranty if they are purchased from a licensed dealer, unless stated AS IS.
The biggest advantage you have is the car is not paid for yet.
HURRY

Did the car have a warranty that covers this condition when you bought it? By law in most states, there should be a vehicle condition report posted on the window on the car that states whether there are any known problems with it. Contact your local Better Business Bureau for help and info on who to contact about this problem...sounds like a snaky dealer to me. Might have to take them to small claims court.

You should have a warranty issued by the car dealer, As all used cars should come with a statutory 90 day warranty to cover unforseen things such as this.
Check out your paperwork and go and see the dealer where you bought the car.

most states require the dealer to tell you if there was a warranty or not, and if there is a warranty what it covers

If it was sold without a warranty ("as is") you are out of luck
