Hey,
If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org

About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.
Regards

Well yes, IF you are in your late forties and fifties. But not so much at your age. When your bodies hot flashes begin and night sweats, it is because the body is reducing it estrogen levels for menopause.

You might want to make an appointment and have your hormone levels checked out by your DR. Good Luck.

I'm 30 and I get this almost every night too, I'm not overweight or unwell or stressed. I take anti-depressants and I heard this can be a side affect from them. I had my blood tested and my thyroid was slightly over-active, maybe this can cause it too. Thinking I should go back to the doctor maybe...it's not very pleasant.

I wouldn't say that's normal. I'm 27 and have never experienced anything like that. Women in menopause may do that; but you're much too young for that! Are you having night mares?

is it constant..or just once in awhile?
i had them when i was in my 20's about once a month..
i figured out it was
hormonal..and correlated to my cycle.
it subsided in my 30's and at 40..i'm grateful to still get my cycle.
