The gas stations in my area aren't on the boycott list so I will be buying gas tomorrow if I need to go out of town

I have no clue why it would fail.. but I would think that by people not buying gas it would trigger the prices to go up even higher to make up for that days losses at the pumps.. I agree with star fires answer..

Yes Because we will fill up the day before or the day after. Gas is a static commodity and we will use the same amount just on different days.

I'm sure that it will fail but it's worth at least asking people to do it. It would really show the oil companies that we as consumers know that we are being taken advantage of & we do not appreciate it!

I will be purchasing gasoline tomorrow because I'm too lazy to go buy any today and I have to go to Dickson, TN tomorrow afternoon.

Also, cab drivers and bus drivers and police officers need to purchase gas daily. There's no way to avoid gas being bought.
