I m shifting to Africa,and i presently stay in India.I want to take my fish with me,its an adult fish.So,can i take her with me and if yes,then how??

No, international air transport laws will prevent you from being able to transport the fish with you in the plane. Air cargo will be the only acceptable method and for that you will most likely need import / export permits for the live animal. If possible, check with a local importer / exporter about arranging transportation of the fish.

Airports and governments are very strict with the law these days they might think you'll be making a chemical gas in the plane. Besides where are you going to place it and the fish might get dizzy (lol).

I dont think your going to be able to do it. There are tons of laws on transporting wild life and youll need permits.

I don't think so. They don't allow any fluids at all in the baggage compartment any more. Not even in carry-ons.
