The Willitts Galleries is like the Franklin Mint... there is no specific artist creating the All That Jazz sculptures, and the hordes of other pieces they mass produce. They have a staff of artists that produce these sort of mass production sculptures. These artists are often referred to as the gallery's "stable of artists". So it's not exactly art (in my opinion). There could be several "artists" who work on each, or on the different pieces.
