Both of these schools give total education in food service, including every possible part of the skills you need to become the highest level gourmet chef, but also, what other schools leave out, how to run a restaurant, catering business, or other food or beverage service.
You can learn to cook, but unless you learn to be a business person, your career will fail. Get a whole education as a food service professional, not just the training to be someone elses kitchen slave.
