this is the scariest part of pregnancy it can all change so fast anyway you may be trying to miscarry seeing a doc is allways a good idea but I do not think there is a whole lot they can do for you right now I'd lay down and put you're feet up my friend had an incompetent cervix and it caused her these symptoms they put a cerclage on her and she is 27 weeks now so it can be many reasons you are bleeding if you are soaking pads go to the er either way try to get an appt with a doc they can at least see you and tell you what to do sorry this is contradicting but it is hard to say in you're situation!!

You could be pregnant! The only thing I know that could cause your symptoms would be hormones! Either because of the change in the level, because you took birth control pills for so long and have recently stopped or because you are indeed pregnant!! So don't worry it is one of the two!! You do have some spotting when you first get pregnant, it is due to the implantation to the uterus!!! Get a good quality home pregnancy test and take it in the morning with your first morning urine, don't do it until you have that, it will be a lot more accurate!!! Good Luck to you, I hope the result is what you want it to be!!!

Cramps and bleeding are never a good sign. The chance of miscarriage before week 13 is 1 in 10. You need to talk to your doctor. It wouldn't be as bad if it was old blood but it is not. Give the Doc a call. Good Luck!!!

spotting can be the sign of the implantation of the foetus in the uterus. cramps are very common during the first weeks of pregnancy (I've had them until i was 7 weeks) , lower back ache is also very common. u should not be worried, if it's a miscarriage, u'll have its signs soon ( very bad cramping, lots of bleeding). U can check with ur ob for reassurance, but i STRONGLY doubt that it's a miscarriage. ur body is getting used to high levels of hormones and to many other new things which are going on in it and it's normal to have some unusual discomfort.
good luck!

As far as the cramps those are normal and the back pain, however the spotting I would contact my doctor. I had really bad cramps at first and they continued into my second trimester, but my doctor told me not to worry unless I was spotting, so I would get with your doctor ASAP!

well all this is normal it can be signs of both either miscarraige or just your body preparing but either way theres really nothing that can be done just take it easy and relax if possible if youre having a misscarraige theres nothing that can stop it anyway so either the bleeding gets worse or goes away if it goes away your prolly in the clear if not im very sorry ive had one and its very discouraging but it happens for reason theres always a next time it took me 5 months to concieve after my miscarraige so just be calm

i have two and its totally normal to spot when u are pregnant, and u have to consider that you are growing a baby and your abdomen is growing so there is going to be some cramping involved. But if u are scared and unsure you should make a appointment with your dr.
