The entire cast is paid for time served. The runner up get abot 2,000 a day for every day on the island which works out to about 80,000 dollars. Yao-man gets 2000 less and so on down the cast. No one goes home empty handed. Dreamz has the added problem of the truck which he will give to charity to avoid paying taxes on the 50,000 dollar vehicle.

Probably future TV spots. Most winners and losers end up on MTV as "commentators" for lack of a better word for the 50 Most or the 50 Baddest, etc.

I'm sure they will get something, but most of money they will make in the short term will be from guest appearances on other programs.

Usually there is only one runner up. I imagine they will split the $100,000 second prize.
