Look in the phone book and contact the US Postal Inspectors Office. If you cannot find it go online http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/
There is a contact us link, they are very interested in tracking down these types of scoundrels.

UPDATE: As a coincidence... in USPS paychecks today we received a note telling how to report such concerns.

I agree with cowboydoc's comment.

Make sure of your evidence. Joining a motorcycle club and taking trips does not mean that he is a fraud.
I work in disability services (in Australia) and I know of many people who may look very normal and can walk fine but any physical exertion and their back will be in so much pain they end up in bed for days.

Just make sure.

Sounds like someone is jealous to me but, if your serious. My sister is a fraud investigator for the City welfare office. Call his immediate supervisor getting the name from someone that works for them. Get a secret number if they have one to prove your the one that turned him in.
This is very touchy business and takes time. They have to be accurate and sure otherwise they'd be open for lawsuit.

Because a man drives a motorcycle and buys houses doesn't mean he can work, only that he has money. If you photograph him doing work for instance, or some other physical things, photos are a thousand words.

I would think it would be your civic duty to report this person for fraud, but make sure you can substantiate your evidence. I would not think you would get a reward from the Department, but I suppose if your were that mercenary you could try. Good luck.

I know someone who collects SSI and works at night playing guitar in nightclubs. What gets me is I applied for SSI and was turned down despite having a life threatening terminal illness and he gets it for a spider bite and a dog bite. He must have had some lawyer. Now this same guy is trying to scam me into helping him pay for his house so he gets a free house

There is no reward but helping your community. There is a reward for that for tax claims, but there is a high dollar threshhold for the benefit. Usually tends to hundreds of thousands.

I don't see how back injuries can stop someone from driving.
