Borrow from your family and friends.

You will get no help, unless you have property to offer as collateral in raising a loan, you would need property a house etc..etc.. but it must be legaly yours, and you will need legal documents to prove it.
Its only a waste of time to apply if you have nothing only spoken words, words are cheap.

Just do it the way they showed on MSNBC last night... convince gullible americans you are in love with them and have them accept merchandise that you buy with stolen credit cards, then ship it to Africa for you.
I have tons of money in an account... 3.6 MILLION DOLLARS in an locked account in a U.S. Bank. I would be happy to share it with you if you would only send me $50,000 U.S. Dollars so I can get it out of the lock box.... Please reply... this is important... and I am only too happy to help you.
You Nigerians must really think Americans are gullible and stupid... but then... you steal BILLIONS of DOLLARS every year from Americans who are so gullible they fall for your scams...
