The things my children gave me. A tiny bottle of "perfume" (water was put in and I was given this special gift), a cheap, gaudy pin given with great pride because it was so "beautiful", a little badly painted ceramic mouse holding a wedge of cheese. I have had these items for 20 years and I treasure them.

my engagement ring, as it is the only thing I own that is of any value at all!!! All of my other jewellery is wooden or beads, so that is the most precious, non living thing I own.
