Hitting for the cycle means hitting a single, double, triple and a home run in the same game (in no particular order).
Fred Lewis from the Giants did it today in his 16th MLB game and was the 22nd in franchise history to do it. He was also only the 4th player in MLB history to hit his first home run as part of the cycle.
