My recommendation would be to go to a site called http://www.targetlaw.com. Do a search for Real Estate Attorney. This site is an all attorney search engine so you will have no trouble finding an attorney on this thing.

Attorneys are licensed by the state, where they practice. You would have to specify what state you are looking at. All real estate is local, so it would be best to specify a city you are looking at. You would want someone who knows the market.
