When it has been at least a year with not using protection and you still haven't gotten pregnant, consult an OB who will be able to help you out.

Your question is really confusing. You got married 10 months ago and want to get pregnant. What is your problem? You haven't gotten pregnant yet and are wondering why? When you have sex tilt your hips back and lay on your back for 20 minutes. Try to have sex about 12 to 14 days after your period. Hope this is what you were asking!
