i recently under went breast re-construction surgery. they used the muscles and fat from my abdomen. in all reality this is called a tummy tuck. i did not have enough fat and muscle on one side to complete 1 breast so therefore they used both sides. if you dont have a whole lot of fat and lose skin i would not advise this procedure. its very painful, you are unable to stand up straight for 6 or 7 weeks. unable to pull yourself up without assistance. the cost for this procedure was here in GA around $6,000.00 most insurance company's do not pay for this surgery unless medically necessary. check into all options before you undertake such a radical step

£20 - I'll set my garage up now - come round in ten minutes - just got to find my jigsaw blades - now where did I put them...Hmmmm!

Seriously though - sit ups and the like will tone up the muscle in the tummy area - just persist with them - it takes weeks but it will tighten up.
