this is my view.

Here is a quote from Pat Robertson "When I said during my presidential bid that I would only bring Christians and Jews into the government, I hit a firestorm. `What do you mean?' the media challenged me. `You're not going to bring atheists into the government? How dare you maintain that those who believe in the Judeo-Christian values are better qualified to govern America than Hindus and Muslims?' My simple answer is, `Yes, they are.'"
-from Pat Robertson's "The New World Order,"

Here is a man full of hatred against diference pushing a neo con agenda - I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. He's the type of garbage the America pushes as presidents no wonder the rest of the world look at America with contempt.

I know I need to settle but i have just learnt that he has said the 83% of men think about having sex with children. This is crap!!!

It seems to me he is an actual prostitute, not a pimp. He is selling his wares to the Judeo-Christian "Johns" so he can get business, or votes in this case. He said " 83% of men think of having sex with children????" I did not know that. Is this some sort of projective pedophilia? Well no surprise. Look at the Catholic church and the priest's they protected for how many years. Why are such figures/pedophiles drawn to such professions? Because it is where the children are obviously.

There are plenty of American's who are Agnostic, Atheist and or undecided, and they certainly do not fit the bill of the extreme fundamentalist Christian or Jew for that matter..but of course our media, which is controlled, would have you think otherwise. Why? Because it fits a political agenda for both parties IMO. So naturally other countries and the people in them think we are crack pots, sheep if you will that just go blindly along without any contemplation or foresight. American news is about as dummed down as it can possibly get. It is not news. It is bad entertainment, that is full of gossip about celebrities, and mud slinging political agendas. And as we roll into the election year we will no doubt have to have our umbrellas and raincoats handy as the sling fest commences.

But I will tell you this. There are plenty of aware, knowledgeable American's who see the news for what it is and the Pat Robertson's of the world, for what they are, and we are not drinking the Kool-Aid, despite what others around the world believe...and of course you are a victim of our media and the media distortion of your own countries as well IMO.

Pat Robertson has made name for himself promoting that he man of religion. To me he just another prophet of the GOP Gods Only Party.

With power of TV he uses the airwaves to air his views on religion. Several years ago he claimed he could move hurricane that was moving toward his headquarters in Virginia and with his powers he could cure hemorrhoids.

This is same person who claimed that gays were behind the events of 9-11. In fact most what has happen in history according to Pat is because of gays.

Like most TV preachers he goes on to TV to raise money and live a life of luxury. Praise the Lord and send in your checks or use credit card for good of Pat.

the whole history of the Bible's historic days to the contemporary is a history of the flaws of guys, many yet no longer all. The BIble tells us that only God is desirable and strong, completely reliable. So in essence, in case you opt to be Christian, heavily, you could carry on your faith, its fundamentals, and not base your protection and coverage on the overall performance of your fellow women and men persons, Christian or no longer. additionally, God on no account promised suited leaders, or perhaps products ones! additionally, Jesus did point out that others might comprehend all and sundry is His follows by their love for one greater (John 13:35), so your objections are valid. yet, no, i do no longer help Pat Robertson, or the different television chief or self-appointed authority. on the different hand (I merely study your reaction above, the place you assert you do no longer choose Bible passages interior the respond), does a honest investigator attempt to exhibit the information inputs? In different words, how do you recommend to verify the certainty, in case you narrow back the solutions?

His nickname is Ayatollah Robertson. He's crazier than his soul mates, the fundamentalist Muslim leaders. He thinks he's better than they are, but in reality he's the western twin of the eastern lunies.
May God have mercy on the day that Christians be represented by Robertson and Muslims be represented by the fundamentalist extremist Muslims. Hateful, warmongers, who think no one but them is right, represent the devil, not God.

I just posted a question here about his "83%" views not too long ago. Yes he is a very extreme neo-con bigot. He's disgusting to the very core of the word.

Fortunately I don't think very many people listen to him any longer, and considering his age I don't think he'll be around much longer to preach his garbage.

He is simply another type of "Fred Phelps" personality. If I thought for one minute that the majority actually supported a deeply delusional and psychotically dangerous individual like that, I'd be seeking asylum in another country simply because he is a threat to all around him. If I actually believed in their mythology about an anti-christ, Robertson would fit the definition.

this is the kind of "Christian" thinking that is dangerous. there are the majority of Christians who are loving and accepting...and then there are the extremists like Pat Robertson who "use" religion to spread their bigoted agendas.

He is so ignorant he uses relogion to get his sick point across. He wants to use religion to get in the spotlight. I do not care what he has to say, or about his feelings on certain subjects. Who the hell is he to judge, he is covering up his mistakes at the price of others.
