how do i socialize with somebody i don't really know
for example
i'f i see a nice girl on the mall which i don't know
and i wanna meet her
how do i do it

Walk over to her and make a comment about how nice she looks. Then say--"By the way, my name is ____. What is yours?"

Only follow her if you think she's interested, otherwise she might just kick you where the sun don't shine or worse still..find a big security guard to do it for her!
If you see a nice girl, approach her without trying to be all cool and hip and just say hi and go from there.

k, if you see here at the same time every day, try to find out what she like to drink(socially non alcholic)next time when you see her, grab the drink plus whatever your drinking, go up to her and say i seee you around, know you like this drink, mind if i join. Half the time the girl will be nice and say sure, or will blow you off, either way it's sweet you took the time to find something out about her...if you didn't already

hint her interest , keep tailing her, smile if she throws a glance with you. If a bit intrigued with you she might signal you to keep near.
