Day One. Snuggle in bed for a day and think about how you're going to deal with the new changes in your life. Day Two. Cry and ***** and moan. Day 3. Wake up and smell the coffee and deal. That's all you can do. I'm going through some pretty drastic changes right now, and it's all very frightening. My parents are dying.

Lick your wounds, say "Okay, that was interesting" and move on. I know that's kind of flippant but dwelling on the past helps no one nor does wallowing in self-pity. If you believe in God, know that He may not give you immediate answers, but if you start in the right direction, He will toss you hints and suggestions to keep you going.
