No matter how long we can continue hiding behind the truth "men believes that ,our dear colleagues are short sited when it comes to decision making and even control of there own anger" and that's why they will treat any move or talk made by "shes" with suspicion and stick to what they say irrespective of the outcome even if gravy. But my dear madam you should come out with a working formula on how to approach your hardcore self declared total man, when it comes to sensitive issues affecting your life, try to begin the topic when all of you are stress free. Also try to come up with your own project and make it a success, the doubt will start vanishing slowly and towards end the drawing board will be shared by both of you.

Um..I think women have the last word usually, lol. Sounds like he's arrogant if he says he's right just cuz he's traveled around the world twice. What?? Doesn't make sense. Sounds like an arrogant guy.
