CC, which stands for cubic centimeter, it is used to describe the size of an engine. For example a 1.8 engine would be approx 1800 cc's

The samaller the car or weight of the car the less CC is reqired to drive it The cc means cubic centrmeters and is the capacity of that engines cylinders .~~

Relative to your question, it refers to the cubic capacity of the engine. Before the world went "metric mad" it used to be quoted as cubic inches.
