Do you beat your meat first or just throw it into the frying pan?

Beat the meat with a huge mallet until it is flat and almost unrecognizable. Wanna come over for dinner sometime? HeeHee.

you beat it to knock all the sinews out of it-- its more tender then. Hope you enjoy it- chuck a few onions , mushrooms and a piece of garlic in- with a bit of oil. enjoy.
