Can anyone answer this question pls?

Identify the class of IP addresses that would probably be used for an organisation having a
network of between 700 to 1000 computers. Give reasons for your answer.

You can use 10.0.0.0 with sub net mask of 255.0.0.0, only thing is this will not scale well with 700 computers. You
will find lot of collisions and degraded performance. I prefer
172.16.100.0 255.255.255.0
172.16.101.0 255.255.255.0
172.16.102.0 etc with a router separating the networks to avoid collision.

There are many things to consider. If you are not using any routing switches go for simply Class-A scheme. If you have a routing switch you use subnetting with above scheme with 255.255.0.0 ie Class-B. This will reduce your collision domain and increase the traffic efficiency.
