You fish might just be having a swim bladder problem. If it eats too much, or the wrong kinds of food, it produces gas and that makes them float. It can also be caused by an infection. Try giving the fish a cooked pea with the skin removed it it's still eating. If not, just don't feed for a few days (it won't hurt her not to eat). If the condition doesn't improve in two days, try treating with a broad-spectrum antibiotic like erythomycin. You might try doing a 25% water change first and see if that helps.

See more about swim bladder problems in the link below.

If the scales stick out from the body, see the treatment for dropsy.

reach in the tank and hold the fish upright and move him through the water to get water flowing through the gills. Hold fish behind the gills and hold tail fins while doing this so the fish doesnt expend his own energy. You may have to do this for lenghy period of times if you really care about this fis,i did it once to nice 8" frontosa for about an hour and he survived

I'm afraid to tell you that she is probably going to be dead within a day, two at max. It sounds like there's very little that can be done for her at this point. You need to decide at what point you are comfortable cutting your losses.
How much money are you willing to spend to try and save her? At what point will you be able to live with yourself simply flushing her down the toilet?
Good luck.

You should stop feeding her for 1 day ,Because the fish tank carries more food at the bottom .

sorry to say , but sounds like your fish is on it's way to the toilet (death) the only thing I can say
is for more oxygen in the tank buy an air stone
(the bubbles fr. the air stone make oxygen)

good luck

It is probably the air bladder. Your fish may pull through however it doesn't sound promising.

She might have "Swim Bladder Sickness"...

You could actually feed it crushed peas, it usually clears that up.

Sounds sick to me. Fish float when they are near death or dead.
