Freshly picked garden peas.
Did you know if you open a pea shell take them all out bar one at the end, turn it vertical, it looks like.....never mind.

Garden preferably minted.
When I was a girl (long time ago) i'd only eat marrowfat peas, but now I don't like it when they seperate.
I like mushy peas now and then with fish and chips and vinegar on them (but not on my chips)

Either garden or marrowfat with my sausage and mash and mushy with fish and chips! Yummy!

yeh healthy garden peas with my mash and salad.
never marrowfat..ugh.
and nice salty mushy peas drizzled or dipped in the local chippies chips!!
