I am connected to Router , I have the gateway ip number and the username and the password, each time i enter the gateway ip number in my IE browser , i wait forever then no page displayed!! i have no problem in connecting to inernet or LAN, but can't access gateway and change some settings, any hints?

You can do a reset on the router to get it back to the defaults. The manual will tell you how, you can download one if you don't have it.

You must have changed Routers ip address, Reset the router setting

What make/model is your router ??
Have you changed any info on the router from the default settings ?
What IP you trying to access the router ?

Go to start/run and type cmd and enter. Then type ipconfig and enter. The bottom number is the default gateway or router IP.
