Masturbation is perfectly healthy and normal, and should have no impact on your semen production or cause erectile difficulties.

You can try taking Viagra or Cialis, or any of the many drugs available for ED.

It sounds like you are getting all worked up about this. If it is causing you to have mental problems then you need to seek professional advice. The fact that you said you fear about the future is not all that healthy. I can assure you there are lots of men who enjoy a perfectly healthy and normal sex life with a partner and also masturbate. The fact that you get a soft erection may be caused by your psychological hangups surrounding masturbation. It will not have an impact on your sperm count. If you were to masturbate several times a day, that may affect the amount of semen you are producing. How can someone say what is fair for you, only you can decide that. I would try a bit of relaxation therapy and not get to hung up on feeling guilty about your masturbation. Good luck.

Of course masturbation or sexual life gets nothing to do with your problems. Generally, such problems start to come during the old age (after 40), so they just aren't normal at your age. Yes, a balanced nutrition is very important for our health, but don't forget a right standard of living and a healthy conduct. Besides there are some diseases (diabetes, circulation, ect.) that make worse the situation.
In your case now, doctor just should to verify the cause of the lack of desire and of the decreasing amount of sperm.

I would not try Viagra, as this can have severe side-effects on someone who is healthy such as yourself. You are not impotent and do not need Viagra.

Just abstain from masturbation for a couple of days, maybe you just need to give it a rest for a bit. Once you have, you'll feel that you are more horny and can keep a harder erection and it feels better.

I have been masturbating longer than you have been alive and it doesn't effect my sex life with my wife. I would think you have more important stuff to worry about.
