He has come back into the news because the Republicans want to renew the fear in Americans minds of another terrorist attack. They tell us that Dems are weak when it comes to national defense but it's all just a ploy to scare people into voting for Republicans.

Bin Laden wanted to influence the American public to vote for the Liberals who tend to favor them since the Republicans are against terrorism and is always running for his head that even posted a big reward for his capture.
