Leader must be had the following qualities.
1. Sincerity
2. Discipline
3.Quality
4. enthusiasm
5. The leader should always be in a position to give solution to problems.
6. help the people who are in trouble it means those who badly needs.
7. The leader should always think in an innovative way.

When you 'lead', you are a leader. Or else we just copy, or follow the dotted lines.
Involvement, awareness etc opens up creativity, and affords us to tread on new path (not the beaten path), and we lead. We need not have a large following to become a leader. We can be a leader alone, allowing the next generation to follow.

By trying to be one. Because you can not crown yourself leader, if you have no followers. it is the followers right to chose a leader not the other way round.Hence try to be a good follower first and your Good deeds will lead you to leadership.
