Why you want to take divorce from her? Any reason for it? If you have any reason clarify it then only I can tell you will be able to get divorce from her or not on this ground. Otherwise give a second thought of this decision as at this time she is carrying your child in her womb, don’t you think it will be cruelty towards this small child when he/she comes out in the world & see both his/her parents divorced or on verge of it.

That sounds very, very cruel... at least think of your unborn child? Don´t you even have feelings for that poor creature???
So your wife is good enough to have sex with her - but on the other hand you give a damn for her???
Wake up, dude, life isn´t a game or a silly joke.
I always thought that people who get married should be psychologically and emotionally fit for... and if you are not sure to marry, you shouldn´t.
Don´t tell me, that you don´t love her - because you loved her enough to make her a child....
What happens? Somebody new? Another woman?
Being a father = responsibility. Children need a home, care and love...
Maybe you want to escape from responsibility?? The honeymoon is over and the wife is pregnant... oh my god, I better run away...

What is the reason behind the decision of wanting to divorce your wife. Man she is pregnant and that too with your child. How can you even think of doing such a thing and at this stage. Do you know woman are very vulnerable during this time and may bring harm to your unborn child and to the wife also. Instead of making her happy and being happy when you know she is pregnant you want to give her tensions and putting her life and your unborn child's life in danger. Be cool and think rationally. So please do not do anything stupid and repent later

Is it because she is pregnant with your child or that you were an impotent and the child is not yours that you want a Divorce??
Do you think Divorce is a easy job and that probably you might spend the rest fo your life getting in and out of the court say like 12-15yrs ie if you wife wishes to fight back and again if she wishes she could put you behind bars in the name of Dowery Harassment (498A) and Domestic Violence?
so try to be a responsible husband and father.

Isn't your wife pregnant with your child that you are seeking divorce from her? If that is the case, a DNA test would solve your problem. Else the legality isn't simple considering that you are the father of a legitimate child as well.

What u r thinking is cruelty on God! A pregnant wife needs more care. Cause of Her pregnancy is YOUR pleasure. You enjoyed and she is reflecting your joy. Instead your brain is reflecting cruelty. Don't do it. Whatever may be the reasons. Wait atleast another 1 year then think again. Any decisions regarding married life shall have an incubation period of atleast ONE YEAR. Wait and See the results. May God Bless Your Child!

Give yourself some rest and think. Think whether you are taking right step or something that you might regret in coming time.

She is pregnant OK, but is she having an affair or she is not taking good care of yours and your family????
Divorse is a big step and it need some justifications.

Wow, that's cold!! Can you not tough it out until after the baby is born?? How can you even think of such a thing?? I am sorry, but I am just going to have to tell you you are a bastard for doing that to them. It is a shame that you cannot step in her shoes, be pregnant, and have your world kicked out from underneath your unsuspecting azz!!!
