a mix of the two, on an identical time as i stumble on myself liking Classical, prog rock and 80s steel i stumble on what I pay attention to maximum is present day steel. it quite is likley by fact maximum present day music sucks and steel has continuously been the anti form of music - Black Sabbath, Led Zepelin and Deep pink against hippies, Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax and Metallica against glamrock/hair steel etc. As todays music is so painfully basic it style of feels steel bands (incredibly in technical demise steel and proggressive steel) have spoke back by putting out greater distinctive and complicated cloth. Which i like. Plus there is the actuality that steel form of evolves differnetly too maximum genres. maximum types evolve relativley linearly, while steel evolves in a greater "explosive" style, so there is rarley one dominant subgenre and for that reason there is often selection.
