No. Jayawardene has captained Sri Lanka in only 45 One Day Internationals till now. Out of these, Sri Lanka won 29 matches and lost 13 matches.There was no result in 3 matches.

Not as captain, because before 2003 it was Jayasuriya, and for a short while(about 6 months) it was Marvan Attapattu.
He must have played 60-80 matches as captain.
