All the three are of similar type. The one who is more inconsistent among them them will lose his place.Gambhir has saved his place for the next series,he is also a left hander.I think both Sehwag and Uthappa will play next match. We can replace the one who fails with Wasim Jaffer.

Sehwag has been in the Indian Team for about 6 matches, having played atleast 150 ODIs. He has shone many a time, and the indian team will think twice before sacking him.
The coaches and selectors have always tried finding an opening partner with Sehwag, so that the former can be groomed. Akash Chopra, Kartik, Uttapa, Gambhir, all have tried it, and some may be better, but Sehwag will always find a place in the top 11, his bowling ability might help, and his backing by Dravid!!!!!!

I dont think sehwag has that class which he showed a couple of years back. So, he will be definitely replaced. And since gambhir scored a century just recently he should be a better choice. Uthappa is not as stable a batsman as gambhir.

you mean Sehwag? not sehwaB

Yes,, now Gambhir just scored a 100... everyone will praise
him, but the problem with our players is they dont perform consistantly.

Sehwag is a great player no doubt, but when he is not in form keep him out of the team till he get to the form and in the mean time give chance to a youngster who is in good form.

Uthappa, I have sympathy wih him but is not a Long Race Horse whatever...

It is high time that the player(Sehwag) should be given the overdue ( MUCH NEEDED )rest. If these players get some time they will very well fit into the scheme of things and contribute towards the success of the team.

Sehwag will surely be knocked out of the game..It is Gautam Gambir who may occupy his place and it takes some more time for Utappa to come into international cricket

Gautam Ghambhir seems like a logical choice. I also think that Uthppa should be given a chance to prove his worth as well.

Sewagh will survive as long as Dravid is Captain. Dravid is carrying him on his back.. it will not matter how he performs.
Irfan and other players like Kaif, Suresh.. are not getting chance even Uttapa.Gambhir scored but he will not get more chances as Viru is getting after a failure. One failure will kick him out.
