You woke up and felt even more tired then when you went to bed?




Nothing more annoying then waking up and still feeling like you need another 8 hours of sleep

Every morning ! Espcially when you have a 1 and half year old that doens't want to sleep through the night, but in your bed instead!

I've lost count how many punches and kicks I get each night

I feel like that a lot of the time actually. Right now, I'm a working mother, who is also going to school. So I get up with my toddler every morning... play with her until I have to go to work in the evening, come home and put her to bed.. then start my homework. I'm typically up until at least 4 or 5 each morning, and have to get back up around 8...so I'm always more tired than when I went to bed.

Even worse, is the days that my husband doesn't work and decides to let me "sleep in"... so by sleeping 2 extra hours, its just like reminding my body of the REAL sleep it should be getting, instead of the small snippets I actually get in reality.

Every single stinking day. I have chronic fatigue And insomnia so I never get a good nights sleep. If I get 5 or 6 hours I'm lucky. I haven't had 8 hours in so long I can't even remember what that's like.

Ya that's what happen to me today, I was not really even tired when I went to sleep and the night morning I wanted to stay asleep and I was asleep for 10 hours

The times I fell asleep around 2 am and had to get up by 5:30! Ouch!

today, I could not really sleep all night I was in Limbo dreams, half awake and half asleep, then the baby woke me up really early this morning. I am sooooo tired.

heap 8 hours sleep is good enough,otherwise u w'd get even more tired if u sleep again.feel nothing to do,go exercise till sweats then u'll feel fresh later.

doesn't happen often, usually when i get telemarketers calling me just after i get to sleep. i am on every do not call list in the known universe, but no one seems to care. i work nights and sleep days, and they always call just when i am falling asleep. and you're right, it is annoying as heck.

Lucky..if I have one completley refreshing sleep a month..always tired lately..it seems..
You..may need a new mattress.. :)
