Today an old friend of mine's birthday was today, Like I've knowdn this girl for almost 12 years, but we lost contact and hadn't spoke to each other in almost five years, until recently we connected back throught myspace, so anywhoo, the first time we hooked up I notice that she made jokes about me alot, and I know that we were ol time buddies and everything, but she was asking me personal questions likw what do i do when I'm having sex? and what type of postions do I do/? But today, me and her sister(who are closer) took her out to dinner, i ended up treating her to dinner, for her birthday, but I notice that she kept laughing at me , and telling guys at the reastraunt that i was too shy, and she asked me what do i do at home all day ? Probably just eat all day? So i guess hse was trying to say I was fat which I'm not, and then when her boyfriend called she told him that she can laugh at me if she wants too, and she will? and I just didn't understand why would she act like this tow

And what got me is that when the tab came up her sister, which is the one a little closer too, actually made abig deal about being short, when i was paying for HER sister to eat, and I offered her three dollars for gas, and she took it, even after all the times that we 've went out and I've nver asked her for gas, so I just don't know about these two, should I leave them both behind or keep them around?

If it were me I would add a friend or two (make new friends or rediscover old ones) and then figure out who I enjoy spending time with more. I think you can do better but you need friendship too. So add some new friends and then move on when you're ready.

she is not your friend, she has some issues with herself and just used you as a pawn so she wouldnt be able to think about what is wrong with her and the things going on in her life at the moment so she reflected her insecurities onto you and tried to take the focus off herself, those of these people just seem like they want to have fun at your expense, find some better friends who will learn to respect you...

She sounds like a toxic person. These are the hardest kinds of relationships to end because your friend has low self-esteem and is getting a kick out of making you her target. Believe me, you are better off with friends who are nurturing and generous. By not accepting such poor treatment you are making a healthy choice, and it is your "friend's" loss, not yours.

you don't need any of us to tell you to leave these 2 behind...they sound like emotional vampires to me. you sound like a kind person. you deserve to be treated better than this by your so-called "friends." life can be really good when you rid yourself of the negative ppl who get off on bringing you down, to inflate their tiny egos. there are many ppl out there who would cherish a friendship with someone like you who is a kind-hearted person. very best of luck to you.

This has got to be the weirdest thing I ever heard of---find NORMAL adult mature people to hang with--people that know how to have a fun time without acting like a jerk.

Agghhh I lost my answer - besides right that is what I went away to look at ...... MONDAY, Jan. 22 (HealthDay information) -- human beings won't carry out selfless acts merely for an emotional reward, a clean innovations learn shows. extremely, they could do solid because of the fact they're acutely tuned into the needs and movements of others. Scientists say slightly the innovations linked to perceiving others' intentions exhibits extra interest in unselfish vs. egocentric types. "consistent with probability altruism did not advance out of a heat-glow feeling of doing solid for others, yet out of the hassle-free acceptance that that difficulty over there's a guy or woman who has intentions and objectives. And for this reason, i could want to handle them like i could want them to handle myself," defined learn author Scott Huettel, an affiliate professor of psychology at Duke college scientific midsection, in Durham, N.C. ======================================... i think of that the issue including your thought is using the word egocentric which isn't impartial and has been overused in a pejorative way. we've forgotten any impartial unique meanings of the word. certainly in my e book to be self conscious extraordinarily or our reasons is progression yet no not each and every act is a egocentric act. Selfless acts at the instant are not exceptionally pronounced merely because of the fact they're sufficient in themselves. I understand your theorising and circulate alongside with it to a pair extent besides the undeniable fact that it form of feels to be a circularly closed thought hingeing on the various meanings and colorations of top and incorrect that all of us characteristic to 'selfishness' Altruism is not any such word - in my life I be conscious many random acts of kindness which do not brazenly earnings the doers yet shall we take all of it to the n'th and provide them a purpose which they could have for doing such issues - regardless of if or not they do have this purpose or not is of their present to appreciate yet its slightly a slur to come again out from below - all of us earnings from acts of altruism.

well... i would just let them go - there is no need for the weirdos in your life. the whole situation just sounds confusing and uncomfortable so i would just part with these two while you can, there's no need to keep that in your life.
