not in the near future, and probably not at all. He will be good, but not a star.

Dee Brown of the Utah Jazz is not likely to be a star in the NBA. As of now, he's a backup to a young, up and coming star in Deron Williams. He has some of the intangibles to be successful, even maintaining a long career if healthy. But he doesn't appear to have the makings of a star.

Dee Brown will be a role player in the NBA. I don't think he's big enough to be a full time starter.
At best, he will be like Earl Boykins or Speedy Claxton. Guys who may get the starting job temporary, but just a temporary solution until the team can find a more legitamite PG.

Dee Brown will be known for his great off the bench play but will not be a big star in the league for lack of shot.

Only way it'll happen is if he leaves Utah and go somewhere where a PG is needed. There's no way he'll get more than 7 or 8 min. a game if that unless Fisher or Williams leave or have injuries

i hope so. he is the only Utah jazz player that i like. maybe if he was in a different situation. maybe a team like "clippers or a Portland" type team could use his leadership, and his heart. not to take nothing away from no other team but he will not shine in Utah. Williams is just too good right now. but he has to go somewhere else to shine.
