Actually, in the Star Trek universe, I like Capt. Janeway of the Starship Voyager the best. And, if I had to choose between Data and 7 of 9, I'd choose the latter.

Jon Luke Piccard he seemed to be more human than the rest. He was prone to make minor errors. he was understanding when others did. But he was always in Command. Janeway was too rigid to me. with her, it was my way or the highway. It was a great series especially after 7 of 9 came on and ruffled her feathers.
