In Canada we have had two multi-coloured coins in circulation both are quarters. One has a red poppy on it as a tribute to our vetrans, the other has a pink ribbon on it for Breast Cancer.

There are actually quite a few, the coins are called Bi-Metal coins and there is even a collector group for them. To go through Krause/Mishler Standard Catalogs of World Coins to find them all, would be too time consuming. Maybe a coin club near you can help, or see if the World Coin catalogs are available at your library. Put "bi-metallic coins" in Yahoo and see what happens, you may find a lot of Yahoo groups on the subject and for dealers, use the same in google. Hope this puts you on the right path.

The multi-colored coins are specially designed and issued for collectors, not for circulation. I'm not aware of any country which uses colored coins for business transactions. It's just not practical and making sense, to have the coins colored and then release them for circulation to have the colors come off. The cost of coloring is not cheap too and that's why these coins come with a high premium.
