Yor option D is correct
The Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Russian: Рабоче-Крестьянская Красная Армия, Raboche-Krest'yanskaya Krasnaya Armiya; RKKA or usually simply the Red Army) were the armed forces first organized by the Bolsheviks during the Russian Civil War in 1918 and that, in 1922, became the army of the Soviet Union. The Red Army eventually grew to form the largest army in history from the 1940s until the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991

America supported the Red Army during WW2 by sending vehicles, weapons, and food. France was occupied and did not help anyone (except the Germans). Britain was wiped out during WW1 and had to depend on America for war materials.
Stalin executed most of the officers in purges during the 30s, so the Red Army lacked leadership. This was a blessing in disguise, however. The maturation of new technologies, the tank, combat aircraft, logistics etc, meant that the officers from WW1 were bady out-of-date in their tactics; they were worse than nothing.

Im not entirely sure but I believe it might be B. I'm also leaning towards A but Im not sure. They do sort of have the initial support of US, France, and Britain but more for their pure size, not actual fondness of the country in anyway.

But Ill stick with my first choice, B.
