the triangle is eather spposed to be 45-45-90 or 30-60-90
it dosent give me anything to notice about the triangle ecsept the long leg is 12square root of 2 and it wants me to find the short side. whats confusing is that the triangle looks more like a 30-60-90, it got a very long leg ang a short.

Did they mark the 2 sides with a little crosshatch that means they're equal? If so, then their length is hypotenuse divided by √2, which would make them 12. If it's a 30-60-90, then shortest side is half the hypotenuse, which would make it 6√2, and the other side is √3 times shortest which would make it 6√6.
