I don't know of any site that does it for you, but try using Adobe Photoshop. All versions of Photoshop come with a tool called filters which you can apply with just one click and give your photo different looks. Trust me, it is not very tough and this would give you the best results.

use a photo editor like Gimpshop and open the image in it and run a filter menu in it like the artistic filter to change your picture.
