Well, the only thing like that i can think of is a bomb. I actually wouldn't be surprised if somebody launched a bomb against the U.S. any time soon. But of course I hope nobody does.

Only when Bush has no power left. It would be better to knock out a city or two after the White House changes hands, and that way the perps can exact a tribute in exchange for a promise of peace.

Nope.
The organized terrorist organizations (Al Quida, Hamas, Hezzbollah, etc.) are pretty smart.
They know that if they did this, it would prove Bush right.
They want the democrats to win the next election, because they know what happened with Vietnam.
(This is all like the movie Groundhog Day to me, it's all happening exactly the same way):
The Democrats pander to the anti-war crowd, start cutting off funding, demand troop pullouts, which guarantees we LOSE the war, MORE of our guys get killed, because fewer numbers = not being able to defend yourselves.
Then just like like Vietnam, this will create a power vacuum, and other entities will move in and the killing accelerates.
When we pulled out of Vietnam, over 2 million people were slaughtered.
Watch. It's all going to happen again, and it's the Democrats fault, not Bush'.

Sad to say, but yes, I do. There are too many haters of the US thinking they can take control of our leadership. Heaven knows we are vulnerable because of the lack of strong leadership in Washington, D.C. We need our politicians to figure out that they are on the same team and stop allowing divisiveness to weaken us.
