Well i am young (only 15) but when i amr eally stressed say at night hwen you cant sleep i read a funny little comic book (i know it sound wierd but it is called get fuzzy) it is halarious. But with stress it can well...stress you out! just what ever is bothering you just dont worry about it. everything works out someway. Reading or just if youstress causes anxiety i advise breathing activitys. breath in . hold for 10 seconds. let it out slowly. Just relax and spend time with some one you love. best of luck =D

Today I got on youtube and researched my favorite songs and listened to them. It cheered me up and I was truly relaxed after-wards. I had the worst possible Mothers Day, everything that could cause stress, worry and sadness did. I have spent most of the day trying to overcome it and start tomorrow fresh so I can tackle some of these setbacks. Thanks for asking!! Best of luck to you!!

I read inspirational poetry, love poems (hubby is a romantic) have quiet time with my dog. She is a great stress reliever.
