i am trying to connect another computer and i lost my WEP code. how can I retrieve it?

Reset your router and run the router web based setup again. This time enter a new WEP code.

Easy way is to reprogramme your router with a new WEP code.

You mean your routers WEP code?
Just reset your router.

open your browser and type in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (depends on your router) then type in your user name and password. Sometimes it's: user name= admin password= password. This all depends on your type of router i.e. Linksys, Netgear, etc...
Then go to your wireless security and note the WEP code.

somehow you have to get into the wireless router and get the code or change it.
