i bought a sidekick 3 off ebay and i cant make a new tmail account because i cant delete the one its registered to.....p.s i bought a prepaid sim by the way

You should have gotten the prepaid kit instead. The kit comes with your registration ID (which will give you a tmail account) and register your sim card and phone unto the network. Try to go back and see if you can just buy the prepaid registration kit since you already have the SIM. If not then you'll have to buy the whole kit.
