The first force will have vector form (100 cos 20°, 100 sin 20°) = (93.97, 34.20) and the second force will have vector form (150 cos (-20°), 150 sin (-20°)) = (140.95, -51.30).
So the resultant force is (234.92, -17.10) to 2 d.p.
The magnitude of this is √(234.92^2 + 17.10^2) = 235.5
and the direction is arctan (-17.10 / 234.92) = -4.16°.

F1 = 100.(cos 20° + i sin 20°)
F2 = 150.(cos 20° - i sin 20°)
F1 + F2 = 250.cos 20° - i. 50 sin 20°)
F1 + F2 = 235 - (17.1) i
F1 + F2 = 235.6 at angle - 4.16°
